Darrell is a dedicated TIPLR Manager and one of the first individuals in Michigan to be certified as a Trauma-Informed Peer-Led Reentry Peer Navigator.

Tamir Bell

Tamir is the Assistant Director of TIPLR and an exceptional leader who brings focus, compassion, and a strong commitment to supporting system-impacted individuals through peer-led reentry.

James Thomas

Jamo is the Director of TIPLR and an original member of Nation Outside. A pillar of the system-impacted community, he brings deep experience, trusted leadership, and a lifelong commitment to building pathways of support and transformation.

Simon is an astute financial leader who brings professional expertise in fiscal management and lived experience to Nation Outside, ensuring our resources are stewarded with both precision and purpose.

Rick Speck is a seasoned leader in reentry and criminal justice reform, bringing both lived experience and professional expertise to his role as Chief Programs Integration Officer.
